It's not all set up yet, but we are supposed to be buying a house next week and it has a basement apartment to rent out. It probably won't even be ready for renters until june/july because we are putting in a new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, paint etc. It is 2 bedroom, 1 bath, w/d, dishwasher..the works. We're not sure how much we'll rent it for yet, but it is right by the hospital in Provo.
My bro Zac and his wife might be trying to get out of their contract it's in Provo on Center street and 100 East. Me and Jord are building in SF and most likely going to rent our basement out to Zac and his wife...if he doesn't decide to move into our basement, it will be open! And brand new, 2 bed 1 bath $600 a month...but it's in SF!

You guys can come and live in our Pool house! It would be quite a commute, but might be worth it.
